OUR TEAM
We’re often asked “How does a remote team work?” It’s one of our favorite questions, because it reveals the value in our model and the enthusiasm, open minds, and creativity we bring to every project.
Our success starts with melding trust and respect with an appreciation for technology. The right roots capture our best ideas and most complex thought processes. We communicate openly and often. We build commitment and understanding—and when we’re not tapping into each other’s ingenuity, we’re forming close ties through lunches, carpools, and team activities.

In Memoriam
At Integral Engineering Co. it is with heavy hearts and great sadness we let you know that our much loved and respected co-worker and friend Susie Jorgensen, PE, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 14, 2020, after battling a long term illness. She brought an irreplaceable wealth and breadth of knowledge, expertise, mirth and a brilliant smile. Susie is sorely missed; our thoughts continue to be with her husband Steve and four children, Hans, Shanda (twins), Inga and Margaret (twins).
